Reservations

When you see a tour that you are interested in, you should make reservations as soon as possible. Some tours fill up quickly and we can only accommodate a limited number of travelers for each tour.

We recommend that you book trips as soon as possible.

How to Make a Reservation

If you are interested in a trip, please mail us a check for the deposit and the tour that you are interested in. Please include your name, address, and phone number. Checks should be made payable to T & R Tours. This will secure your seat.

You may also provide this information through our Contact Form and then mail us a check for the deposit.

Tour deposits are required 21 days of making reservations, and deposits amounts vary from trip to trip. See tour information for each tour to determine amount of deposit. If your deposit is not received within 21 days of making reservations, your seat will be canceled. One-day tours are also to be paid for, in
full, 21 days after making your reservation.

All Tours Include:

• Transportation by motor coach equipped with reclining seats, chargers, air conditioning, restroom, and video entertainment system.
• Hotel accommodations and all sightseeing tours and admissions, as well as all meals included as listed on itinerary for each tour.
• Soft drinks, waters and snacks are available on traveling days. Restroom stops approximately every two hours.

* Insurance is also available to protect your investment.

What is not included:

• Gratuities for the Motor Coach Driver
• Gratuities for any step-on guides are not included in the tour price
• Any meals not listed on itinerary
• Personal expenses such as room service or any other items of a personal nature.

Liability

T & R Tours does not assume any responsibility for the loss of luggage or any personal property.

We are not responsible for any items you may leave on the motor coach.

We are also not responsible for any injuries, expenses, or damages incurred or claimed by a tour member.

Motor Coach Seating

Seats are not assigned and are on a first-come basis.

The first two rows on each side are reserved for T & R Tours. We do not rotate seats.
